Holla guys and gals! Recently I hired a private tutor to guide me with some topics in math. My problem areas included topics such as percentage formula and point-slope. Now that instructor turned out to be so dumb, that instead of helping me now I’m even more confused than I used to be. I still can’t solve problems on those topics. And the exam time is nearing. I need someone to help me out. Is there anything significant that can be done to get some sort of help? I have a good set of questions to help me learn these topics, but the problem is I just can’t solve them, no matter how much effort I put in. Please help!

Being a tutor, this is a comment I usually hear from students. percentage formula is not one of the most popular topics amongst kids. I never encourage my students to get ready made answers from the internet, however I do encourage them to use Algebra Professor. I have developed a liking for this software over time. It helps the students learn math in an easy to understand way.

I myself have been using this software since a year now, and it has never let me down. It won’t just solve a question for you, but it’ll also give details of every step that was taken to arrive at a particular solution. And that’s the best feature in my opinion.I used to face a lot of problems tackling questions based on percentage formula but ever since I started using software, math has beenreally easy for me.

A truly piece of algebra software is Algebra Professor. Even I faced similar difficulties while solving fractional exponents, evaluating formulas and sum of cubes. Just by typing in the problem workbookand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several math classes - Pre Algebra, Algebra 2 and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
