how to slove a equation

Hey guys! Guess what, I was down with fever last week, and had to miss a few classes because of that. Now that our mid-semester are due next week I really need some help in topics like how to slove a equation and some other topics like rational inequalities, converting fractions and graphing inequalities. I was thinking on hiring some private tutor but then my pocket money won’t allow me to do so. I really need some urgent help in those topics, else I might perform really badly in my mid-semester. Can anyone make a suggestion? I need some help, and I need it FAST!

I could help you if you can be more specific and provide details about how to slove a equation. A good computer program would be best option rather than a costly algebra tutor. After trying a number of program I found the Algebra Professor to be the best I have so far found. It solves any algebra problem from your book. It also shows all the steps (of the solution). You can just reproduce as your homework assignment. However, you should use it to learn algebra, and simply not use it to copy answers.

Algebra Professor did help my son to have high marks in Algebra. Good thing we found this great program because I think it did not only help him to have high marks in his homeworks but also helped him in his quizzes since the software helped in explaining the process of solving the problem by displaying the solution.

I remember having problems with absolute values, system of equations and lcf. Algebra Professor is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Intermediate algebra, Pre Algebra and Basic Math. I would simply type in the problem from a workbook and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
