Hi gals and guys I am about halfway through the semester, and getting a bit worried about my course work. I just don’t seem to understand the stuff I am learning, especially things to do with what is the diffrence between an algebraic expression and and algebraic equation. Could somebody out there please help me with interval notation, graphing parabolas and difference of squares. I can’t afford to look for a tutor, but if anyone knows about other ways of mastering topics like converting fractions or equivalent fractions without fuss, please drop me a line Thanks heaps

Your story sounds familiar to me. Even though I was good in algebra for several years, when I began Pre Algebra there were a lot of math topics that seemed very hard. I remember I got a very bad grade when I took the test on what is the diffrence between an algebraic expression and and algebraic equation. Now I don't have this issue anymore, I can solve anything without problem, even quadratic formula and graphing parabolas. I was lucky that I didn't spend my money on a tutor, because I heard of Algebra Professor from a student. I have been using it since then whenever I found something hard.

It would really be great if you could tell us about a software that can offer both. If you could get us a home tutoring software that would give a step-by-step solution to our assignment, it would really be great. Please let us know the reliable websites from where we can get the tool.

A truly piece of math software is Algebra Professor. Even I faced similar problems while solving proportions, monomials and difference of cubes. Just by typing in the problem from homeworkand clicking on Solve – and step by step solution to my math homework would be ready. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Intermediate algebra and College Algebra. I highly recommend the program.
