equation solving for 3 unknowns

I think God would have been in a really bad mood decided to come up with something called algebra to trouble us! I’ve spent hours trying to figure out a solution to this algebra problem which relates to equation solving for 3 unknowns and I still can’t crack it. I’m particularly stuck on algebraic signs, simplifying expressions and solving a triangle. Can anyone throw some light on how to go about finding a solution to such problems? I’ve tried various means that I could think of, but none helped. I need some urgent guidance now. Anybody?
