Hello Math experts! I am a starting at free online 10th grade math. I seem to understand the lectures in the class well, but when I begin to solve the problems at home myself, I commit mistakes. Does anyone know of any website where I can get my answers checked before submitting them for grading? Or any resource where I can get to see a step by step solution?

I don’t think I know of any website where you can get your solutions of free online 10th grade math checked within hours. There however are a couple of websites which do offer help, but one has to wait for at least 24 hours before getting some response. What I know for sure is that, this software called Algebra Professor, that I used during my college career was really good and I was quite satisfied with it. It almost gives the type of solutions you need.

Algebra Professor truly is a masterpiece for us math students. As my dear friend said in the preceding post, it solves questions and it also explains all the intermediary steps involved in reaching that eventual result. That way you don’t just get to know the final answer but also learn how to go about solving questions right from the first step till the last, and it helps a lot in preparing for exams.

You all have got to be pulling my leg! How can this not be common information or published in periodicals? Where can I get additional information for examining Algebra Professor? Forgive someone for sounding a tad bit doubtful, but do either of you think if anyone can get a test copy to practice this software?

I remember having difficulties with y-intercept, radical expressions and angle complements. Algebra Professor is a truly great piece of math software. I have used it through several algebra classes - College Algebra, Pre Algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.

Hi All, Based on your suggestions, I bought the Algebra Professor to get myself educated with the fundamental theory of Intermediate algebra. The explanations on powers and factoring polynomials were not only understandable but made the entire topic pretty interesting. Thanks a lot for all of you who directed me to have a look at the Algebra Professor!
