Guys , I am in need of help on roots, cramer’s rule, 3x3 system of equations and dividing fractions. Since I am a newbie to Basic Math, I really want to learn the bedrocks of Pre Algebra completely. Can anyone recommend the best resource with which I can start learning the basics? I have a class test next week.

tutors are no better than attending your daily classes. If you have a problem , you need to makes an effort to remove it. I would not suggest tutoring, but would ask you to try Algebra Professor. It will surely solve your problem concerning linear algebra done right solution manual to a large extent.

I discovered a some software programs that are relevant . I tried them out. The Algebra Professor seemed to be the best suited one for matrices, 3x3 system of equations and monomials. It was also uncomplicated to operate . It took me step by step towards the answer rather than only giving the solution. That way I got to learn how to explain the problems too. By the time I was finished, I had learnt how to work out the problems. I found them of use in College Algebra, Algebra 2 and College Algebra which aided me in my math classes. May be, this is just the thing for you . Why not try this out?

I remember having difficulties with exponential equations, function definition and quadratic formula. Algebra Professor is a truly great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Basic Math, Intermediate algebra and Algebra 1. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
