polynomial fractional exponent is my biggest problem. Can some one assist me understand it? I am a novice at it. What book or other resource do you suggest for beginning this subject?

You can check out Algebra Professor. This software literally helps you solve questions in math very fast. You can plug in the questions and this program will go through it with you step by step so you can understand better as you solve them. There are some demos available so you can also see for yourself how incredibly helpful the program is. I am sure your polynomial fractional exponent can be solved faster here.

You must go through Algebra Professor. I had always thought math to be a difficult subject but this program made it very easy to study. You can enter the question and it gives you the answer, just like that! It is so user friendly that learning becomes a fun experience.
