Hello everyone!. Ever since I have encountered calculate combinations in matlab at school I never seem to be able to cope with it well. I am well versed at all the other branches, but this particular topic seems to be my weakness. Can some one guide me in understanding it easily?

You really shouldn’t have spent money on a private tutor. Had you posted this message before hiring a tutor, you could have saved yourself a lot of money! Anyway, what’s done is done. Now to make sure that you do well in your exams I would suggest trying Algebra Professor. It’s a user-friendly software. It can solve the really tough ones for you, and what’s even cooler is the fact that it can even explain how it did so! At one point in time when even I was having difficulty understanding adding numerators, adding fractions and cramer’s rule. But thanks to Algebra Professor, it’s all good now.

I would just add a note to what has been said above. Algebra Professor no doubt is the best tool one could have. Always use it as a guide and a means to learn and never to cheat.

I remember having problems with evaluating formulas, function composition and fractional exponents. Algebra Professor is a really great piece of algebra software. I have used it through several algebra classes - Algebra 2, Remedial Algebra and Intermediate algebra. I would simply type in the problem and by clicking on Solve, step by step solution would appear. The program is highly recommended.
