I just realized that I have hardly any time left in solving some issues with ti-83 algebra. I had kept it waiting hoping that I will find high quality learning resources or someone who can help out with adding numerators, exponent rules and simplifying expressions. May be, I did not search hard enough. But now I am running out of time. It is simply taxing to come across a good coach to quickly teach me. It is beyond what I can give. And I need to find a quick way out. Can someone who has had similar problems advice me as to what I can do? It will be a huge help.

It always feels good when I hear that beginners are willing to put that extra effort into their studies. ti-83 algebra is not a very complex subject and you can easily do some initial preparation yourself. As a useful tool, I would suggest that you get a copy of Algebra Professor. This software is quite beneficial when doing math yourself.

I would recommend using Algebra Professor. It not only helps you with your math problems, but also gives all the necessary steps in detail so that you can improve the understanding of the subject.
